The Elcosine ASVG is a high-performance reactive power compensation system built on advanced 3-level IGBT topology. It delivers real-time power factor correction, harmonic filtering, and three-phase load balancing in a single intelligent unit. With response time under 5ms and compensation accuracy of ±1%, it eliminates under-compensation and over-compensation problems permanently. Designed for low-voltage networks from 220V to 480V, it supports both 3P4W and 3P3W configurations. A smarter, faster, and more reliable alternative to traditional capacitor banks.
EL-PQC-ASVG Advanced Static Var Generator
ELPQC-ASVG Advanced Static Var Generator (ASVG) detects load current in real time through internal and external CT and analyzes the reactive current of load by TI DSP and FPGA, then generates PWM signal to IGBT inverter (3 Level) to generate inductive or capacitive current and compensate reactive current to realize the target power factor.
ELPQC-ASVG can also compensate phase imbalance and harmonics. Compared with the traditional capacitor bank, ELPQC Advanced Static Var Generator has the advantages of fast response with high compensation accuracy without under-compensation or over-compensation problems, avoiding resonance, etc.
Modular Design
ELPQC series Advanced Static Var Generator has an advanced modular design. Usually ELPQC-ASVG consists of one or several ASVG modules and an optional touch LCD Human Machine Interface. Each ASVG module is an independent and dynamic reactive power compensation system, and users can change the SVG rating by adding or removing ASVG modules.
According to the mounting type, ELPQC Advanced Static Var Generator can be divided into Rack Modular ASVG, Wall-mounted ASVG, and Free Standing ASVG.
